Program terms
1. Commission only
Creators earn 25% of Earnly Live subscription charges and 25% of Earnly Hub purchases attributed to their code. Live commission continues on renewals for as long as that family keeps paying. If the family cancels, later periods are not commissioned. Entering a code without a paid charge does not create a commission. Creator codes give families 20% off Earnly Hub at checkout; Hub commission is calculated on the amount actually paid.
2. Your content
Promotion has to be yours and honest about Earnly. Purchased, botted, or fake attribution can be reversed. Sponsored posts need the disclosure the platform requires. Do not direct content at children or imply Earnly holds real bank funds.
3. Payouts
Available commission is paid once it reaches $25.00 and Stripe payouts are set up. You must be 16 or older. Earnly can hold a payout while a charge or order is reviewed, refunded, or returned.
4. Codes
Your code is personal. Don’t sell it, rent it, or pretend it belongs to someone else. Earnly can pause a code or a creator account.
